Every nook and cranny greets you with something new and unexpected. The antique furniture is gorgeous! The walls are completely covered in art! I could go on, but the photos should give you a good idea! For those of you thinking, it's too far and I don't want to make the drive...it's totally worth it! Howey is only 45 minutes outside of Orlando. Make it a day trip...visit the Howey Mansion (around the corner from the house) and then drive 10 minutes to visit the iconic Yalaha Bakery. You won't be disappointed! PARKING NOTES: The house is located at the end of Mission Ln (a dead end street). The driveway will be completely blocked from traffic and the street area in front of the house will be designated as "NO PARKING" making it available for loading. The surrounding streets are quite narrow so please take care when parking. Emergency and trash vehicles  need access.

6 months ago we began this project with a Phase 1 sale at this massive Howey-In-The-Hills estate. Since then, we have been working tirelessly sorting, organizing and preparing for Phase 2. The treasures are abundant and (it seems) endless. There is so much packed into the house, we have used the furniture for merchandising and backstock in some instances. If you don't see something, please ask a team member as we may have more squirreled away.

If you plan to purchase large furniture, we may ask you to pick up before or after sale hours.

Please know that we will be working non-stop to get everything priced right up until the sale begins, therefore we will not offer pre-sales or give out pricing prior to opening day. Thanks for your understanding.
