We’re thrilled to host this first “big one” of the year! The setup has been quite a journey. We added a fourth day to this sale because the house is loaded with years worth of treasures (many have never been opened or used). The Reserve at Tuskawilla is a gated community; a temporary gate code will be posted on the entry key pad by 8:00am each sale day.

Join us in the heart of Winter Springs for the July DEMOLITION sale. For half a century, this house and all it’s acreage has stood secluded in the heart of Winter Springs. Now that the land has been sold for redevelopment, the home and it’s lush landscape will be demolished. Help us save some of history by taking a little something home with you.
EVERYTHING IS FOR SALE including all appliances, cabinets, light fixtures, whole house generator, water softener, cedar wood, bricks, plants, etc.
If YOU can safely remove it, it’s for sale. Removal of some items may need to be scheduled before or after sale hours. YOU will need to provide any tools, moving equipment and help to remove items purchased.
SINCE THE HOUSE IS TUCKED AWAY, THE GPS GETS YOU CLOSE, BUT SEEMS TO THINK "YOU HAVE ARRIVED" BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY DO. After turning onto Bear Springs Dr, you will arrive at a stop sign. Go straight through the stop sign and around a couple of slight curves in the road. Look for our yellow ESTATE SALE sign on the right side of the road next to a mailbox marked 141 Blumberg. There is parking on both sides of the street. Walk up the driveway to the house. The driveway will be used for loading only.
What an amazing experience setting up this sale! The house is filled with so much history, so many treasures, and we can only imagine, so many stories for the family and friends. Our client's mother was an avid estate sale shopper for many years. Her collections are vast and heartfelt. In fact, they are so vast, we had to add a 4th day to this sale (for the first time ever)! We are super excited about this sale at Spring Lake in Celebration. We know you'll agree it's a sale not to be missed with it's eclectic mix of treasures. Parking may be challenging, but there seems to be plenty of it throughout the community. Please don't block driveways, fire hydrants, etc.
We rarely do this, but because the house is so packed, we're offering certain larger furniture items (this does not include smaller decorative pieces) for pre-sale. NO OTHER ITEMS WILL BE SOLD PRIOR TO THE SALE. All pre-sold items must be picked up by the morning of Wednesday 6/1.
If you're planning to shop for jewelry opening day, be advised that only 2 people will be allowed in the room at a time for 10 minute increments.
Most of the clothing is small and medium sizes. Most shoes are 7 1/2 -8.

Lots of great vintage mid century finds along with many other items.
We will schedule several people every half hour from 8AM until 3PM. We will not schedule Sunday appointments until Saturday is completely booked. Feel free to bring friends along in your car. Parking is a challenge...be prepared. Park wherever you can, but please don't block driveways or fire hydrants. Bring bags or boxes along as we will not have any to provide this time. If you're coming for furniture, please come with your vehicle to take it away. This a quick 2 day appointment event and everything must be removed by end of day Sunday.
