Join us at this lakefront home at Orange Tree in Dr Phillips. The guard will begin letting people in to this gated community at 8AM. You MUST enter through the main gate located on Dr Phillips Blvd. No signs are allowed in the community, but the gate guard will be distributing maps to the house. Please be advised...Apple Maps will direct you to a residents only gate at the back of the community. If you need to use Apple Maps, navigate to Orange Tree Golf Club and it will get you to the main gate. If using Google Maps, enter the street name as one word...for some reason Google doesn't understand that it's a 2 word street name. If you have any challenges, feel free to call/text 407-222-8771.
